In May 2025, after a couple of years’ break, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey among our existing clients. The results show that Sirico remains a strong and trusted player in its field.

Here are some highlights from the survey:

• 96.7% of respondents rate Sirico’s product quality as either excellent or good.
• 96.7% of respondents consider the collaboration with Sirico to be excellent or good.
• 93.3% of respondents rate Sirico’s customer service as excellent or good.
• All respondents, i.e. 100.0%, would recommend Sirico as a supplier.

Based on the survey, the overall customer satisfaction score was 88.6%, for which we extend our humble thanks to all our customers.
